I just don't understand why they didn't PR this excellent 10-Q...

The only real negative I could find was that there was a continued cash burn in operations. The change in derivative liability was a big reason why we had a Net Income this quarter toward the bottom line.

Is anyone able to explain this derivative liability in detail? I am lost trying to understand it from my resources and the 10-K
