I called Island also but they asked me to call the Transfer Agent for Meridian and ask them (not Island). I have an email to the MRDN Transfer Agent and will let you know what they say if they respond.

If you have 410000 shares then you should receive around 11,357 shares (410000 X .0277).

I got the info from our CEO Jeff.
