I missed nothing at all, 236T568. You forgot to respond to the indecent exaggeration that casts a doubt on everything following.

Is John Kapoor criminally liable or otherwise responsible for the presumed criminality of his subordinates? I don't know and I have already indicated some doubts about Kapoor. Even the muckers you quote say the company is not responsible though some are not so squeamish about throwing mud with dirty hands.

Anytime you care to address the issues feel free to do so.

In the meantime I hope you and yours never suffer from cancer or other dread diseases that some of us and our family and friends have had to deal with.
