JTFM , they are CIP s assuming they follow USPTO sim to Tech patent application s , North prob has much more knowledge than I do,

It's my understanding CIP s Claim priority date of parent application for the Benefit of " first to file "

Abandon applications may not necessarily mean abandoned , they can possibly be reactivated , but I think lose first to file

It's very confusing , we actually received our first patent last year for a tech patent ! I am sure Bio s are much more difficult to obtain. I am still holding in anticipation of the Corti drug launches and new guidance for 2017 - 2018
