Why would any attorney even touch this one? A win in a class action lawsuit would earn everybody bragging rights to say THEY WON, that's it. The company has already lost all cash and assets so there is nothing to gain.

To go after management one would have to get state/federal government involved otherwise someone with deep pockets and a deep need to put someone behind bars is what it would take to get anything done.
