Curious as to how the PPS has tanked (excluding dilution)?

On January 1, 2015, the Company increased Mr. Talari's base salary to $25,000 per month based on a new three years employment agreement.

Tarli must be hard at work to earn that salary!

BUT WAIT! If so, how can one explain the below from the new 10Q??

Revenue

Currently, we derived all of our revenue from sales of marketable securities from our portfolio companies. Since we have exited all our incubated companies, we expect to start driving revenue from selling portion of our interest and dividend out a portion to our investors.

I am still waiting on those audited financials Cam and Tarli..... Maybe the SEC fraud division will provide them to me first.
