There were warnings about DOMK from MANY people...

... some investors listened, some didn't.

However, even if investors didn't want to listen, just a bit of DD of their own would have shown what the warnings were saying....

All the stock splits in 2014.. big red flag...

Not keeping current with the NV SOS in 2015 another big red flag...

BUT YET.. some investors said it didn't matter.....

IMO, just those two things should have been sounding the warning bell about DOMK..... I said so at the time.
