The CEO has been reasonably straight forward about their plans, acquiring what 4 private agency's which are profitable & 2 social media products company's. They plan to drive increased rev through the agency's of the social product suite, like influencer marketing, digital content, etc. He talks about it in almost every interview.
They are cash & stock deals, lever debt against EBITDA...I'm not giving a lesson on how pubco's buy privco's...they just did one, have like 4 or so more in the works in their PR's...the market will react when it reacts as always but they are clearly building a small/mid-cap pubco...P/E ratio's always win out
