Iluv, There are other ways to finance that do not require increasing the float. For example, a partner could takeover the trials and agree to pay us royalties plus cash. I believe we have sufficient funds to get to 19 patients dosed or the amount necessary to apply for FDA fast track status. This assumes we complete the dosing by mid-summer as projected.

Also with our float still less than 100 million, issuing additional shares at higher prices would not bother me.
