My point is that GGP made a conscious decision for shareholders to preserve us then. I made good money off of it before I sold. They could have easily cancelled shares then. I think two or three hundred on the likelihood of old shareholder receiving new shares, is an ok gamble. I just hate the ambiguous language in the court documents. on the same page. Seems to say two opposite things.
