The Plan was for the Sale , the entire time. The possibility of liquidation had to be mentioned, if Sale was not possible. Sale was approved by judge. Now we have to wait for Effective date. The company was already purchased out of bankruptcy. The purchase agreement calls for old share to be cancelled, and new shares issued by the Plan Administrator, Aero.
