Man, I was pulling out buried nuts at the beginning of the job.

I also covered my garlic beds with chicken wire and then added straw on top of the wire. Yes, the squirrels removed some of the straw along the edges, but they left when they hit the wire. I just put back the straw.

The squirrels love my garden and some loved the bait in a cage ;)
