That's because the question about liquidating a buy order was of little significance....the most important question was the the one about the company and its inability to successfully initiate one legitimate business plan. This company is obviously barely hanging on. Fsnr has offered not one viable product, is obviously at risk even with the highly praised management. Fsnr is likely at a dead end. The last filing had not one upside to discuss.
