That may true, but I believe he was given shares in the company in exchange for having delivered equipment when the mine began. And, from shazaam's latest posts, apparently the equipment cannot be kept running without continual breakdowns.
I think Sierragold summed it up well in a post on November 5th.
I hold no personal animosity toward Low or Strack. They may be very nice men, they may be shareholders, they may have provided time and equipment etc etc. This is business. It mean finding some professionals to or accountable people to step in and make it work.
For years there have been reasons given for things not working, or excuses made, or other circumstances have been blamed.
If equipment or pumps don't work, then why? Someone has to be accountable for having collected enough money to run the operation so emergencies can be taken care of immediately. Spare parts and workers to install them should be onsite. Is the equipment mishandled or maintained poorly? Constructed poorly? Is it the right equipment?
There are plenty of things that can and will go wrong. You need someone in place running the company and running the mine who will overcome the obstacles.
