You need to hire an attorney and get an opinion letter from him. By not filing the S-1, the company has told shareholders to pound sand. Worse, they instead filed an s-8 so they can give themselves free trading shares to dump on you.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
