People will care if all the news results in revenues which is yet to materialize in a big way. The company is working well as a holder of NOLs and if there ever are profits those can be used. What they do is a crap shoot anyways. If something does go big there is a company structure to capitalize on it. If nothing comes of the IP the company just goes away. Simple and obvious. Gil is clearly not trying to get or retain shareholders which is evident with the lack of IP tracking and shareholder communications.
