Again, another delay from a company that should not need more time to file for the amount of business it does, very little. As for a CEO that has had a very negative business experience in being in many businesses that are now gone and this one, EVSV that is structured with so many company treasury shares that anything less than multi millions of $$$ in revenues coming in would not affect this company's stock decently unless a RS is done. This CEO has a very very long record of failures, past company's and now, EVSV that he has, in the distant past, talked up about acquiring companies etc that have never come to be, revenues, of of which are pale in statue for a listed company, maybe a Ma & Pa operation but not a listed company especially with billions of company shares.There is no question as to what effect this CEO has had on folks who bought into this, the loss of a lot of money and time!
