11/14/16 Conclusion:

The market is in a precarious place. It was unable to break above overhead resistance like the Dow and now small-cap indexes like IJR and IWM. The NDX isn't participating. Indicators are somewhat mixed. It all comes down to making new all-time highs and getting caught up in the rally of the Dow and small-caps. They aren't really pulling back. Intermediate-term indicators could be hinting that this is a new bull market building, but short-term indicators suggest we need to see a pullback first.
