You are telling me that you did not get your product sample when they handed them out years ago? You must not be a shareholder or you never asked for one. Also, good companies try to continuously improve their products to stay ahead or meet their competition. It is all part of business.

I will take what the company states more that any person on this board. Other shareholders should to the same.
