Steady accumulation by longs adds up and that is exactly what has happened with PTOI. Mr methodical and conservative is driving the shorts nuts I am sure. While it would be out of character for the news to come before 11/25 it sure would be fun to surprise the CE"S while no doubt frustrating some longs who still are trying to accumulate more. Sure wish I had more cash available but I will not be selling any if the news is anything like what I am hoping for. As someone who regularly walks the beach I would love to see my state be a leader and commit to a few of these. They are badly needed, no doubt about it.
