ANAHEIM, CA--(Marketwired - November 03, 2016) - LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (OTC PINK: LVVV) a performance nutrition product development and marketing company, announced today that it has signed a strategic consulting and marketing agreement with EquiNet, LLC, to provide market research, financial analysis and corporate consulting services for LiveWire.

EquiNet will provide comprehensive consulting services to LiveWire, beginning with management interviews and conducting an in-depth analysis of the company's current business model, financial and equity structure to establish a detailed "Roadmap to Success Doctrine".

EquiNet will identify and establish a schedule for upcoming LiveWire milestone events, will coordinate press releases and other relevant publications. EquiNet will use its considerable outreach via its established subscriber base and social media outreach to present the company and its business model to a wider clientele, to achieve better market penetration.

EquiNet will also take over direct investor communication, conduct acquisition research and utilize its longstanding financial industry relationships to review debt structure, debt holders, analyze current market-makers and set timelines for financial reporting.
