Business make deals with other businesses all the time without filing an 8k. Sometimes it is disclosed weeks later in a 10k or 10Q in subsequent events etc.

This is an Internet myth that I see regularly.

If they release a press release with earnings . That is an instance where they have to quickly file an 8k referencing it.

I could name a ton of examples that support my knowledge of such things.

I know this to be 100% true.
