The shares are now trading at less than a penny, the business license has expired, defaulted on financial filings, and Schramm is MIA! What a POS!

XLIT is really "small potatoes", but it would be interesting for the SEC to look for any possible Schramm trades that have not been disclosed via a Form 4. If memory serves, Schramm previously filed extremely belated Form 4's. Is he trying to do it again? Might it be safe to assume, given Schramm is not filing the financials, maybe he is not filing anything!
