RJB: Yes, When news hits...ANY positive sounding news (even if it's only 'something to say' that sounds great) the Markets should react. This is the time to perhaps cut one's losses, but definitely not buy in on the Spike. This could prove a disaster if the 'Good' news turns sour. Those who have bought in recently could stand decent gains if it holds. It only needs to hold for a few days, but be wary of rapid retraces.
Unless FLPC can PROVE the company has a plan and be seen to stick with it, with OBVIOUS progress, it will retrace rapidly. IF it holds up for a week, then it could prove rewarding for many.
Based on the company's past performance, it may look all Fine and Dandy on paper (if it happens), but can you trust them to deliver for the first time in over 6 years? It's a monumentous risk with about a 99% chance of losing most of what any new bidder places.
