The Company raised its full year 2016 guidance for total revenues and adjusted EBITDA(1) to reflect the closing of the acquisition of AVVC and ACMIS. Full year 2016 total revenues are now expected to be $281 million, up from $275 million ($286 mln consensus). Full year Adjusted EBITDA(1) is now expected to be $53 million, up from $51 million.
