Buyers beware, BDIC is not holding up their end of the deal of being publicly traded. All I see is them doing is issuing globs of shares, getting ready to dump them all on the market, to pay their bill then they'll disappear. All retail shares will eventually be worthless paper imo!

May as well toss this ticker on the pile of crookedly run companies that have been doing this on the otc for decades!
