Couldn't SDRL be setting up for a massive short covering? %16.11 shares short.

Two things to watch, OPEC cutting production, and Fed raising rates in Dec.

I think two things will happen. OPEC won't be able to cut production, and Fed will not raise rates. Saudi's are the only ones with the excess capacity to cut production, and deflation is still an issue for the Fed.
