I'm leaning towards it being true, but remember that the 8 mill news was published on a quiet Sunday night here first. I think LQMT's notice was the next day.

I think it's legit because of the jump in Eon's stock price last night when all its competitors were down or flat. I honestly seriously questioned, because of Chinese and U.S. regulators, if this deal would close. If you know people in major U.S. financial institutions, they all were shocked they got 8 and really held zero faith the other 55 mill would come in. That info alone, could be tremendous for this stock. We'll have to wait and see I guess.
