The Chron Organization, Inc. (OTC: CHRO), announced today that it has completed the audit of its financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2015 (the “Statements”), the first step in becoming a fully reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). This paves the way for the Company to officially start its up-listing strategy.
