I think what may be happening is news does not get out all at once. So someone wakes up and finds out a reverse split happened and does the knee jerk response of selling their position. Price falls and wiser heads jump in an buy. We've had 3 days of just such spikes down over the last 5.Price hasn't moved much overall.
