After numerous calls, you are correct sadly.
It's definitely Scottrade. They won't even let me add to my positions I own of the ones they call 'no buy'. Apparently other brokers are selling and buying sub penny without the bullshit.

Isn't etrade buying Scottrade? Will they do the same as scottrade?
What does a online simple cash trade commission cost you at ET?
