absolutely, CA is going to be the tipping point for the whole country and will be the reason why Congress and the Senate are going to change the banking laws and reschedule. California Polls are 60 % and it is a lock to legalize. TRTC Blum Oak and San Leandro are going to double their revenue when legalized.

TRTC has 5 dispensary' in Nevada and Reno and the Polls right now are 50 %
that is the reason why the stock has not really moved over 1.00 yet. and If legalization in Nevada TRTC should go to about 1.40 on November 9th.
