More than that is the only possible upside for ARYC is eliminating one piece of the lawsuit that is meaningless in the big picture as they will lose all the rest and it will cause the chapter 7 liquidation of ARYC. If ARYC doesn't get that little help, it will just mean the ultimate judgments against ARYC and the Schena's will likely be multiples of what is going to be and they can't even survive a relative small judgment.....

But I think the San Diego lawsuit by their secured creditor who has security in all IP and assets will send them into Chapter 7 soon than the Zlacberg / Taub lawsuit will.

If the IRS files against them, it will be all over very quickly as well.....
