DSNY never officially stated that they lost interest. The unsubstantiated rumors about them walking away were all perpetrated by dodgy stock rags claiming "unnamed sources who are close to the situation" BS because they wanted to short TWTR.

Now I'm not saying that a deal has been 100% made but I did feel pretty confident that buyout talks were continuing very secretly behind closed doors.
