How would any investor know what is going on behind the scene with Validian product? They could talk to Validian's customers, but customer names have not been publicly disclosed. So it is certainly my opinion that the only way any investor can do proper DD on this company is to go to the public records. Talking to the CEO of any penny stock will only get you "things are great" "we are working hard" "lots going on behind the scenes" etc. The public records point to 16 years of failure for this company. I would love to hear from someone who can identify the company they work for and prove that they tested the product, and that it works (or that it does not work). If anyone has first hand verifiable evidence about Validian VP, I am sure the board would love to hear about it.
