Just verified with the TA that no new shares were issued today, so it looks like that was all retail.
If I was a betting man (I'm on the pinks, so apparently I am), I think someone noticed that both HydroPhi.com and Psfsi.com went down last night. Generally not a good sign, but I think in our case it might be. Possibly a final step in the restructuring, before bring a new IR team on?
