MGT Answers Shareholder Questions About NYSE Delisting

Quote: "No one from NYSE visited our Company offices in Durham, NC or asked to see our Bitcoin facility, which is among the top bitcoin mining operations in the U.S. and is already generating regular, recurring income for MGT." - Considering there is no "bitcoin facility" with nothing "generating regular, recurring income for MGT" is all a bold faced lie.

The SEC has to issued subpoena, as MGT states: "MGT has merely received a standard subpoena, requesting documents, a very common occurrence."

Yes, the only time the SEC does "standard subpoena" on a company is when they are dealing with a bunch of criminals out to steal investor monies with a scam.
