They never said that they would acquire NCR - they just said that they were talking about acquiring one in general. I don't see how it could happen, though - JAMN is already failing; their lawsuit has no merit; since they weren't paying the license fee, they don't have the right to use the license. I don't see how they can avoid bankruptcy.

And you do realize that if they're using NCR for the roasting, then it's very possible that they lost their relationship with Mother Parkers. Without MP, they don't have RealCups/EcoCups - they'll just be selling bagged coffee, so they miss out on the Keurig line. If they don't have a relationship with MP, they really should announce that, of course.

None of this bodes well for JAMN.
