The ERHC dilution insurance supporters seem to have completely disappeared.

As far as management goes, I am not sure they are getting away with much. If you are not competent and someone gives you a bloated salary you take it and keep it going as long as you can. The BOD didn't stop it. The shareholders didn't stop it. So it continues.

Interesting that Peter is a prime example of the Peter Principle. He rose to his level of incompetence a long time ago and still remains.

The Peter Principle is an observation that the tendency in most organizational hierarchies, such as that of a corporation, is for every employee to rise in the hierarchy through promotion until they reach the levels of their respective incompetence
