It's not the most palatable, BUT if you read the second ammendment to the loan agreement http://www.streetinsider.com/SEC+Filings/Form+8-K+Oncologix+Tech+Inc.+For%3A+Apr+08/11770940.html

It says that the lender is ensuring the survival of OCLG by lending money to maintain cashflows sufficient to grow the business and pay off existing debt. This should be .005 IMVHO.
