I just hope denner is pissed off.

He cannot fire him and pascoe would live after the nda bcz he has a big chance to gain some moneys..

But i m very surprised by such punishement of the stock.

So if the stock does nt recove also Pascoe is fucked up bc is premium in shares will be very small anyhow..

On the opposite if pascoe will leave and will replaced only by a cheap person this company has chances to be cash flow positive finally, but maybe will be too late

Ferring should consider to buy this crappy company at this point

Only of tax benefit they would gain millions
