Definitely not arguing your point as obviously he was involved at both places. But, I did a little further research on this guy and his past companies. Were you aware that he'd resigned from FITX a year an a half before the halt? And he'd been gone from AIDC for over 2 years when things went south for them?

Now, I'm not denying the guy was involved with those companies.... but, if he'd been gone for a year and a half-2 years before the company was halted wouldn't you think that the cause for the stock being halted happened after he left? Im just looking at the time frame and it seems enough time had passed.
