Complaint
I purchased an industrial 3d Printing machine (Envisiontec Ultra 3SP) from Dane ****** at Imaging3 on X-XX-XXXX for $52,898.04. The machine arrived with broken shock sensors and couldnt be setup by 6 different technicians to be run as advertised. After countless technicians could not bring my machine up to advertised specifications I demanded a full refund. I was granted a full 100% refund as stated by Dane Medley on December 22, 2015 via email to myself and Envisiontec. I was to be paid within 30 days of the resale of my machine. On December 23rd,2015 I received an email from Dane Medley stating the machine had been sold. It is now March 7th, 2016 and I still do not have my refund. I've called regularly 1-3 times per week inquiring on the status of my refund since January and my calls have never been returned. I email regularly 1-4 times per week requesting the status of my refund and still have not been told when I will be receiving my money. Dane Medley has since then sold the machine and collected on it twice. I've yet to be reimbursed.

Desired Settlement
I would like my refund as stated in the contract written and provided by Dane Medley from Imaging3 that was sent to both myself and the manufacturer sent on December 22, 2015.
The refund states he would return 100% of my money within 30 days. It's now March 7th and I've yet to receive my funds. He has since then sold the machine again and collected on it twice without any resolution to my refund.
