Thanks so much for you nice note. I can’t say we get very many.
We’ve been working to try and make single patient expanded access easier and more flexible for physicians unfamiliar with regulatory pathways and paperwork.
Any effort to help make physicians more aware of the new form 3926 and accompanying guidance document on filing for single patient access is much appreciated!
