Must be about the same time as the audit from 6 years ago.

So what is the current 0/S?

The last time this happened two years ago, Porter followed with a 1 for 100 reverse split. Surprisingly that was the last MJ scam. The rest of his scams haven't been able to sell that many shares, so back to the basics?

Maybe this time it will be a 1 for 1,000 R/S?
