exactly-there is no 'smoking gun' link that states commons are cancelled_or_ any percentage. A .0001 BK' speculation play that is unique in that respect also. Yet a lot of mumbo-jobo is not the POR nor filings associated with ARIOQ coming out of Chapter 11.

This stuff is too funny - you can't cancel a percentage of the common shares - that would be illegal.

Janovec owned 80% of the Equity Interest via the preferred shares and the common shareholders owned the other 20% of the equity interest - and all equity interest is being terminated.
