The sentiment surrounding an RS is extremely negative and stocks usually lose 50%+ of their value right after an RS, not including the drop the stock takes before the RS.

There are two main reason why a company would want to do one... To uplist to a major exchange, which is the bullish aspect ... or to continue mass diluting, which is most common and extremely negative to shareholders

The only time an RS makes sense is when a company is cash flow positive and can prove to investors beforehand they are not doing it to redilute the stock... An RS for PFSD would be highly destructive to the current holders
