We shareholders are left to trust that the company HAS a schedule (which has yet to be disclosed)

That, is scam-victim revisionism at its very worst. Seymour HAS given exactly one clear schedule, about which there is no confusion or uncertainty.

Any material change to the last schedule that Seymour disclosed to the investing public should have been 8K'd. Otherwise, he's been lying by omission for the purpose of misleading the investing public (i.e Securities Fraud). All the while collecting his $730K for a job well done.
