And yet you talk about the stock going up. The stock is being cancelled. Guaranteed. Common shareholders who hold the stock will lose 100% of their investment when the stock is cancelled by the Court in early November.

If you are a member of the class action, you don't have to hold the stock now. Any member can own no stock no and in the future to be included. And anyone buying stock now will not be included in the class action. The two are in no way connected.

But it certainly sounds like you DO care what happens with the Bankruptcy Court, since you keep talking about people buying this worthless stock.
