Fact 1. These guys know how to promote stocks. See exhibit Grnh. These also own 100 million shares of this deal

Fact 2. California will legalize weed sending weed stocks through the roof

Combine the two facts, these guys would be idiots not to vend in some sort of deal and promote this deal.
